Happy St. Patrick's Day! I hope you too are lucky enough to have a mother that keeps you stocked with holiday-themed aprons. Tying on a fresh, holiday apron is one of my favorite rituals. Tomorrow, I get to pull out the Easter apron.

Welcome back. Your street art link made me think of an Easter Parade I saw in Guatemala. The street was elaborately decorated with flowers (and colored sawdust) forming a design that the parade proceeded over. It was a beautiful thing to see. The event was all religious and had a long tradition and significance of which I can't remember the details of right now.
